Because our offerings include digital downloads, online courses, and energetic or time-based services, please review the following carefully:
Digital Products (Courses, Meditations, Audio Downloads)
All digital products — including but not limited to guided meditations, audio journeys, PDF guides, and self-led courses — are non-refundable once purchased. Upon completing your payment, you receive immediate access to protected digital content. For this reason, all sales are considered final.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
1:1 Mentorships, Sessions, and Ceremonial Offerings
All private mentorships and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at connect@laurenlombard.love at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
In cases of emergency, rescheduling will be handled with compassion and understanding.
Multi-Week Programs & Courses (Embody Your Muse, Rewired for Joy, etc.)
If your program includes a live or multi-week component, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not accessed more than one module. After this period or after content access, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be provided due to personal change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
